For a chance to win $25, simply provide the right answers to the trivia questions
provided and submit them to Trivia Champ.
Each day a new set of trivia questions will be available. (NOTE: The odd day I
may miss providing questions due to unforseen circumstances etc. ~Jane) You may submit your
answers to the trivia questions each day that new questions are posted, but no multiple
submissions to the same trivia question set is permitted.
At the beginning of the next month, Trivia Champ will randomly select one of the entries
received that has the correct answers for the $25 prize.
The Winner will be announced via
Trivia Champ's Facebook Page at the beginning of each month.

1> Children under the age of 13 must have
their parents consent to play.
2> Only one entry per set of trivia
questions posted per person is allowed.
3> The winning prize will be sent via Paypal
or cheque only. 4> Odds of
being selected as a potential winner depend on the number of eligible entries received during the
month.
5> All entries and email addresses will be deleted as soon as
the winner has been selected. You will NOT be added to any list nor will your email address be
sold.

LIABILITY. Trivia Champ assumes no responsibility or liability for lost, late,
unintelligible/illegible, falsified, damaged, misdirected or incomplete entries, notifications,
responses, replies or any Release, or for any computer, online, software, telephone, hardware or
technical malfunctions that may occur, including but not limited to malfunctions that may affect
the transmission or non-transmission of an entry. The Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect
or inaccurate information, whether caused bywebsite users or by any of the equipment or programming
associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in
the administration of the Contest. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure,
theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not
responsible for any problems, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines,
computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, e-mail, players, or
browsers, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website,
or on account of any combination of the foregoingor otherwise. Trivia Champ is not responsible for
any injury or damage to any entrant or to any computer related to or resulting from participating
or downloading materials related to the Contest. Entrant assumes liability for injuries caused or
claimed to be caused by participating in the Contest, or by the acceptance, possession, use of, or
failure to receive any Prize. Trivia Champ assumes no responsibility or liability in the event that
the Contest cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, including those reasons beyond the
control of the Sponsor, such as infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized
intervention, fraud, technical failures, or corruption of the administration, security, fairness,
