Get a glass of mineral water (6 oz)
1 clear crystal, quartz is best although glass will work
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of sugar
9 leaves from a red rose

Mix all the ingredients in a glass. Be certain that you stir until all the ingredients have completely dissolved. Next, cut out a paper circle and write your full name along the outer edge. You must be certain that you write your name in a clockwise direction. In the center of the circle draw a pentagram. Place the glass on the circle and allow it to sit for at least three hours.
